The judging rules are really vague but since they have a category
called most popular and it pulls those with the most comments, I have
a feeling that it might play a part in the final decisions.

You can't vote more than once from a computer but you can vote on
other computers. It doesn't seem to track WHO is actually doing the
voting. I know that there are ways to get around the computer issue
but I am not that computer literate to figure out how and not really
sure that I would want to manipulate it.

Hi Jan,
I voted and I sure hope you and Laura win. It is possible to vote more than once from a computer by deleting cookies then refreshing the page.
